Remove any foreign material with saline solution. You can dab the wound with sterile gauze to remove any excess blood.  \u003cbr\u003eWash and clean the wound. Sprinkle the powder from a stick pack on the wound bed. Use secondary dressings that can absorb the exudate, avoiding maceration. In the case of particularly extensive lesions, it is possible to use more stick packs in order to cover the affected surface.
