For larger wounds, more margin is required. If more than one dressing is required, overlap the dressings taking care not to block the pores;\u003cbr\u003e remove a portion of the protective film using the overlapping edges and apply the dressing with the contact layer on the lesion;\u003cbr\u003e remove the remaining part of the protective film and spread it well, so as to ensure good adhesion on the perilesional skin; \u003cbr\u003eIf required, apply a secondary absorbent dressing over Mepitel One and promote fixation.
