The multi-action of GSE NASAL MULTI-ACTION cleanses the nasal passages, clears the nose of excess mucus and helps reduce nasal congestion.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eInstructions for use\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e 1 spray per nostril 2-4 times a day, for 10-15 days.\u003cbr\u003e Blow your nose before spraying. Spray the solution into each nostril, holding your head upright. After spraying, gently press your index finger on the nostril to ensure the solution is distributed over the entire nasal mucosa. A slight and temporary tingling sensation after application is to be considered a normal action of the product.
